THE BASICSLet's start off with the basics here.. what are vitamins? They are organic molecules essential in small quantities for metabolic function. They are a supplement to a healthy routine! All that means is that none of them are technically necessary, and all vitamin routines should be tailored to the individual. All that being said, in this blog I'm going to take you through MY vitamin routine and provide you links and my reasons behind taking them. Let's do it! How to know what vitamins YOU need in your health routine? My professional recommendation is to get a full-panel blood work done and see what that tells you. If you notice certain numbers are low, vitamins can help to fill a nutritional gap.
