So this blog topic today has been inspired by a variety of reasons, the first of which is that it's just near and dear to my heart. Since I work in a gym that constantly sells Personal Training to customers, I've done a lot of thinking about just what it is that makes a TRAINER worth the money (*ahem*, or not worth it). I've also had the experience of traveling around to many different gyms and witnessing the major mistakes that some trainers out there are making.
